Same Commenting Problem

I've been able to comment before as well, except it stopped working recently for me. The only way you can comment is when at the top right corner of the USHAP blog page, you see yourself logged in. I'm logged in currently writing this post, yet, when I try to comment, nothing is published. I've also tried using different windows-such as incognito on Chrome (because it's worked before). I'm not really sure how to fix this (I believe this is just a bug that Blogger has-unsurprisingly). oh well.
